I need help to totally remove frontpage plugin. Could you please give me instructions to it entire removal, including data records in mysql database.

To remove the plugin.

1. Remove the page from admin / pages
2. Delete plugin file from qa-plugin folder
3. Database record you need to delete manually . I may help you in that.

BTW, is there any reason you want to delete the plugin?

For the YouTube error, I am working and it is almost there to fix. It happened due to new YouTube API.
